Presale
Inspections
A
home inspection done prior to marketing your house allows you to repair
any defects prior to showing to potential buyers. This can speed
the sale of your property.
We Offer two
types of Presale Inspections:
Walk Through A
Walkthrough Inspection has no written report. The seller keeps
his/her own notes as the inspection takes place.
Full A Full
Inspection will have a written report. Sometimes a seller will
have an inspection done and offer the report to the buyer. We can
then do a follow-up inspection with the buyer present.
A Presale inspection can take from two to three hours and the homeowners need to
be present during the inspection.
This inspection will look at all the items listed for the buyer
including health, safety, and structural features. The inspector
may talk about items that would improve the curb appeal but a Real
Estate Agent can better advise you on those items.
